05 — AI Workflow Automation

Connect the work between your systems and teams.

Build connected workflows for routing, approvals, and follow-through, with human checkpoints.

Map Your Workflow

The starting point

Who it’s for.

For teams whose work passes between several systems, departments, or approval steps.

A request can be handled correctly in one tool and still get lost between teams. The complete workflow needs ownership, status, retries, and a visible exception path.

How TARIY helps

We map the process end to end, check system access, and connect the handoffs. AI is used only for steps that benefit from it; routing, approvals, and recovery remain explicit.

Before we begin

Common questions.

How does this differ from task automation?

Task automation improves a single activity. Workflow automation connects the input, decisions, handoffs, and completion across systems. Both can be useful, but they have different scopes.

Can you use our existing CRM?

We check its API, permissions, data, and plan limits before promising an integration. Replacing the CRM is not automatically required.

How do we avoid duplicate or lost work?

The design needs a stable record identifier, duplicate handling, visible status, retry rules, and an owner for failures. We scope these alongside the useful workflow.

What does a connected workflow cost?

Larger automation engagements typically range from $20,000 to $80,000. The number of systems, data condition, approval rules, and recovery requirements determine the estimate.
