06 — AI Training Platforms

Build a place to practice. Not just another chatbot.

Custom AI simulation and training platforms for education and leadership programs.

Discuss Your Training Platform

The starting point

Who it’s for.

For education, executive learning, and training teams that need practice built around their program.

Learners need opportunities to rehearse a specific skill. Your platform needs a coherent scenario, usable interaction, and feedback that serves the learning objective.

How TARIY helps

We connect product discovery, experience design, and engineering. Thunderbird's Digital Negotiation Assistant and SMART Flex show our work in AI practice and education software modernization.

Before we begin

Common questions.

Have you built an AI training platform?

Yes. TARIY built the Digital Negotiation Assistant for Thunderbird at Arizona State University. ASU News describes the voice-based practice, feedback, and partnership; the case study links to that independent feature.

Can the platform fit our own curriculum?

We start with your users, learning objectives, scenarios, and evaluation needs. Your subject-matter team defines the teaching content; we scope the product and engineering work around it.

How do we evaluate whether it works?

Agree on what useful practice and feedback look like, then test realistic exercises with the program team. Learning outcomes require their own evaluation; a working interface alone does not prove educational impact.

Do we need a full platform immediately?

Not always. A focused exercise or pilot can clarify requirements before a larger release. We agree on the scope and cost after reviewing your program and integrations.

What does custom software cost?

Our software and AI engagements typically range from $20,000 to $80,000. A focused first release and a platform with several integrations have different scopes. We review the requirements before quoting.

How long does a project take?

We estimate the timeline after reviewing scope, integrations, data access, and your team's availability. We agree on milestones before the build; a demo is not a substitute for a tested release.

Who owns and maintains the software?

We agree on code ownership, account access, documentation, and handover in the project scope. Third-party services have their own licenses and running costs. Ongoing maintenance is scoped separately.
