01 / Context
The business behind the work.
Negotiation is a practical skill. Thunderbird’s Digital Negotiation Assistant (DNA) brings realistic spoken practice and personalized feedback into global leadership education.
02 / The challenge
What needed to change.
Give students meaningful opportunities to practice negotiation and receive specific feedback when an instructor cannot observe every conversation.
03 / Our approach
Connect the thinking and doing.
TARIY built the platform in full, working with Thunderbird’s academic and innovation teams. The experience connects live voice negotiation with an adaptive AI partner, conversation analysis, and an individualized scorecard. Thunderbird’s teaching mission and negotiation research shape the learning experience.
