Start with the visitor’s question.

A prospective customer usually arrives with a problem, not a list of services. They may need a more reliable system, a clearer market position, or a simpler way to run the business. If the homepage only names tools and disciplines, the visitor has to translate those into a solution.

State the business challenge you address and explain who the work is for. Dedicated service pages can answer more specific questions without forcing the homepage to explain everything.

Make the evidence relevant.

A recognizable name is less useful than a clear account of the work. Describe the business context, the challenge, what was delivered, and what can be verified. Show actual interfaces and assets.

If outcomes have not been measured, say what the implementation enables. Avoid turning an intended benefit into a reported result. Credible restraint helps a buyer assess whether your experience is relevant.

Reduce friction at the next step.

“Contact us” asks the visitor to invent the conversation. A project inquiry can be more specific: what are you trying to accomplish, which company is this for, and how should we reach you? Keep the required fields focused. A budget can help qualification, but it does not need to be mandatory.

Test the whole path. Does the form explain errors? Does it work on a phone? Does the inquiry reach the person who will respond? A success message only matters if the underlying delivery works.

Measure the journey, not just page views.

Track the path from service interest to inquiry and from inquiry to a meaningful business conversation. Assess lead relevance as well as volume. A smaller number of relevant inquiries may be more useful than a large increase in traffic.

Google’s SEO guidance supports useful content and accessible page structure. Search visibility brings people to the site; positioning, evidence, and a working conversion path help them decide what to do next.
